Prior to attending law school, Monte L. Miller served as undersheriff of Chase County and obtained a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Washburn University in 1981. Monte went on to obtain his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 1984, and founded Miller & Miller with his father and former Lyon County District Court Judge Honorable R.E. Miller.

Prior to attending law school, Chase L. Miller obtained a B.A. in Philosophy from Washburn University, where he also served on the university parliamentary debate team. Chase went on to obtain his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2015, where he focused his studies on Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Negotiation.
